JMS has worked with Keenan & Associates for over a decade, starting with data entry and growing the partnership to include claims entry, call centers, and system migration.

Seeking a solution for online data entry, Keenan & Associates started its partnership with JMS in early 2011. It wasn’t long before Keenan & Associates signed JMS for additional services, including establishing an emergency call center campaign within a matter of days.

In the past decade, the relationship between Keenan & Associates and JMS has grown. The services grew from registering claims and call center management to expanding to claims auditing and other custom services.

JMS has offered Keenan & Associates services at the same caliber as in-house management, but for a fraction of the cost. With a team of experienced team members, JMS has pinpointed issues within Keenan & Associates, processing its mapping issues to create a more seamless claims management process.

Conclusion

JMS is currently examining on average 8,000 claims per month, which equates to about 70% of TPA Company claims. We continue to serve them with Mailroom and Scanning, including Front-end Paper Claim Conversion to EDI.
