Overview

Recognizing the benefits of their existing relationship with JMS providing call center, claim examining and 1099 solutions, TPA Company made the decision to expand the relationship by contracting with JMS in 2018 to supply Plan Building resources to remotely build plans directly within VBA.

Approach

JMS was able to assist with their decision by providing dedicated plan builder resources that had previous VBA knowledge, and they were fully trained with the client’s group plans and business rules and ready for production within 1 week. 

TPA Company SME’s (Subject Matter Experts) provided answers to all JMS questions regarding schedule of benefits and group setup within 2 web based meetings equaling 2 hours of client training and discussions in addition to JMS‘s internal training review.  JMS provided a closing document for every plan touched to support build and audit of plans.
